Our partner Federico Caruso is to attend Macfrut, the international fruit & veg professional show, taking place 6-8 May 2025, at the Rimini Expo Centre.
This year’s edition is themed “Healthy Food,” with a focus on innovative products —fruit or veg-based and beyond — offering high nutritional value. The event, organized in synergy with experts from the University of Bologna, combines scientific content with experiential elements aimed at highlighting the connection between food, health, and well-being.
Federico has been invited to contribute to one of the scientific events, the International Symposium on Biotechnological Tools in Horticulture: on 8 May at 2 p.m., he is to speak about Leveraging Patents and IP Rights to Foster Innovation in Agricultural Biotechnology. The symposium is organized by the Department of Agricultural, Food and Environmental Sciences at the Marche Polytechnic University.
