Mario Pozzi to speak about Unified Patent Court at the 18th Advanced Patent Law Institute

Our partner Mario Pozzi is to speak at the 18th Annual Advanced Patent Law Institute taking place on 23 and 24 March 2023 at the United States Patent and Trademark Office in Alexandria, Virginia, organised by University of Texas School of Law and by the George Mason University Antonin Scalia Law School.

Mario is a panellist for the session of 24 March 2023 at 9 a.m. on the topic “Implications of Unitary Patents and the Unified Patent Court”, together with Florian Meyer of Germany’s Meissner Bolte mbB and Gwilym Roberts of British firm Kilburn & Strode; the moderator will be Robert Greene of Sterne, Sterne, Kessler, Goldstein & Fox PLLC.
